After the hailstorm we had in the spring, we noticed a roof leak coming in through our bathroom vent and dripping onto the bathroom floor. Kevin and his team were able to fix the issue quickly and professionally. They did recommend a full roof replacement down the road, but there was absolutely no pressure. It’s not something we can afford right now, and Kevin was completely understanding of that. Instead of pushing us to file an insurance claim or rushing us into a new roof, they helped us fix the immediate problem and thoroughly checked the rest of the roof for any additional damage that could cause future leaks. This was especially refreshing because after that hailstorm, roofing companies were everywhere, truckloads of them, bombarding neighborhoods and pressuring homeowners into full replacements. His crew did a great job installing the roof and I have been happy with the appearance and performance of the roof. His team was professional and went above and beyond to address other details, including gutter angle-adjustments and some window screen replacement.
