"It went very well. Done in two phases due to seasons. Very friendly and helpful workers. Good craftsmanship, 4 raised beds . Filled with rocks for drainage and fill soil- would have preferred garden soil. Roots were not removed fully from old bushes. Would have preferred all surface roots removed. Beds were cleaned out and river rock replaced lava rock, the new edging was great. Trees-crepe myrtles - three planted, good size , really pretty. Arborvitae and Italian cypress were very small, not what I expected, would have preferred bigger but cypress not available due to season. Overal, quite happy."

"They didn't do one thing that I needed done but they didn't quote it either. I mistakenly assumed that it was included, it was edging around the rock beds. For what they actually quoted me on, they did and did well. I realized later that their price was $400-$500 less than the other people. I presume it was because of the edging cost because they quoted me like $450 to do the edging when I approached them later. They kind of disappeared for a while when I was trying to follow up with the edging issue They finally did respond but it wasn't the response I was looking for. I can't rate punctuality, the time they showed up didn't matter. I didn't have any dealings other than with the owner and that was good."

"We love our pool from Pools and Palms. We did our homework when we started looking for a pool company. We googled a lot and found Pools and Palms had an awesome review rating. We looked for positive comments and satisfied customers. When we went in for a consultation we were treated like royalty. We knew soon into our meeting that this was where we were getting a pool. We contracted our pool work and everything was explained step by step of the build. We were elated to have them do our pool. We received a call 6 weeks before our build date and was asked if we wanted our install sooner because of the great stretch of weather we had. We accepted the early appointment and were very happy about that. When the guys showed up on our build it was actually unbelievable. My neighbors still talk about it. The guys came in and by the end of the first day our pool was in the ground with a few feet of water on it. They placed this pool in the ground and only had to adjust the placement a small bit and it was perfect. After the second day our pool was in and filled with water. After the settling period (two weeks) the concrete came in , two day job on that. My friends were amazed by the concrete work! We were very proud of it also! Our pool came with a hot tub so it took a little longer to complete but well worth the wait! After the concrete was cured the electric came in and completed within hours. We are swimming in our beautiful pool and enjoying our hot tub also. Everything was fast and professional. Pools and Palms stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process. We had zero surprises. Our next feature will be our spray deck and we will review that when it’s completed. We would definitely recommend working with Pools and Palms for your dream pool and spa also. These guys are great."
