"Would have given a five except for a couple of things. John Kaufman, our installer did an excellent job, really looks great. Salesman, Gregg, also did well. However I wanted the cost down lower and in his effort to do do, changed the shower head to one w/o a wand. I only use a wand plus I use very low water pressure and the new valve doesn't allow for that adjustment. I had to purchase a head/wand that I think will help with valve problem. Very annoying but overall love the new shower. Suggestion. Include an itemized list of what's being installed. Verbal list can be easily. Mis-understood or even not heard. I will recommend ReBath but suggest they make darn sure their getting what they want. ."
