He explained the problems thoroughly and was able to quote based on the 'blue book of appliance repair prices' (Who knew it existed), so I knew it was fair and above board. He also showed me how the equipment was failing so I could see it was not a hoax! I would trust this company explicitly and definitely hire them again for my appliance repair needs!"
