Some areas looked smeared, while others appeared thin or improperly filled. The work looked rushed and unfinished rather than clean and professional. I contacted Javier to explain the issues and gave him the opportunity to correct the problems. He refused to fix the work. Because the issues remain unresolved, I have filed a Small Claims Court case in an effort to recover my money. I have also had to begin looking for another contractor to remove the defective work and redo the job properly, which will likely cost more due to the need to tear out and replace what was done incorrectly. This situation has caused significant stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services."
