"I paid $62000 to have my roofs repaired - not cheap for a disabled person. Hopefully, thei dropping the ball is not because Im disabled. They removed but did not properly reattach my ATT line to detached garage. Also, there was a fluke rainstorm about 1-1/2 weeks ago and i heard a dripping sound in / near chimney. I complained and Brent Eikanas their contact promised to have supervisor here to check leak TODAY between 10-11 am and anchor the ATT connection like it was before they removed it. They no-showed AGAIN. I had to remind them of other items they needed to do to finish/using my payment as leverage - removing the old gutter all the way - they had only half-way removed it. I have photos and next winter will have to video and record leak in/near fireplace. I had to start documenting because phone call is useless. The workers left nails and some trash too and on Cinco de Mayo, their last day here, they did two structures in 4 hours,"

"They put a hole in my A/C pipe. It took 3 or 4 days for the inspector to see, and get someone out to fix it. the inspector had to come out again in to check the work. It was around 90-100 degrees! They did not give me a discount nor put me in a hotel for comfort!"

"My hat is off to Sacramento Valley Roofing and gutters. I had 5 companies come to my home and give me estimates and all were competitive. However Ramon the owner of Sac Val, was the only one that actually told me that my roof was in good condition except for the facial boards which you could tell needed replacing and some soft spots that meant there might be rotting underneath but couldn't be totally sure. He explained that the roof being almost 20 yrs old and it might have to be replace soon and then let me think about it. I did and knowing that it was going to have to be replace now or later especially if I sold the home that I would have to do something about it. So since the facia boards needed help and the chimney was real bad from whom ever replaced the roof quote ,unquote before I bought the home I decided to hire him and his crew for roof replacement.
