"The Job: Work was satisfactorily completed except this vendor should be supervised. -Gate panels replaced were well done and shaped like previous, but were not sanded on top, leaving a 'rip cut' finish. -Fencing Repair completed, post replaced, sagging addressed, BUT dislodged two panels further down the fence...basically, dno ue diligence in checking their work and unintentional impacts. -Minor debris left behind, did not impress. NO SHOW for original estimate request... insisted they had provided an estimate already! They wrongly a**-u-med the address they went to coincidentally on same day was mine (different project)! Attention to customer care missing... Rule #1: NEVER argue with customer / client, specially when you the contractor are wrong! Would not process through Angi Pay, because they are afraid of fraud? Why are they here?"

"They did a great job with the installation. We had the roof from asphalt to metal roof. They were great as far as the installation they were great. Overall, They got it done in 4 working days. They cleaned up after themselves. We didn't have any issue with damage and all. We're happy with it. There we two things that happened. It was a very difficult to get a hold of them. During the installation process they only show up and leave and don't make any follow-up. They just need to improve their communication with customer. But overall, they were good.
