They did the roof on our back deck also & they are the first company to finally get the leaking to stop. Over the 24 years we have lived here, we had 2 other companies replace the deck roof & assure us that it would not leak . . . it continued to leaked. Home Exteriors actually stopped all the leaks & the 2 system rolled roofing they applied looks spectacular. It blends right in with the house & garage. All the work was done in 1 day. "Marty and the entire Pioneer roofing team are to be commended for a great job and value for work performed. Due to winter and spring storm damage, what we thought would be a patch job ultimately turned out to be a full replacement of our 25 year old roof. During some of the hottest days of the summer, the team showed up at 6:45 am on Day 1 and began the tear off and ultimately completed ½ of the replacement the first day. Back the next day bright and early to beat afternoon thunderstorms in the forecast, the team completed the reroof, cleaned and replaced the spouting guards and thoroughly cleaned up all debris. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results. The entire team was thorough, professional, polite, and trustworthy. The cost was slightly above the average of the quotes we received but it was apparent when we talked to them they were the best equipped to do the job. We are glad we went with Pioneer."
