"He missed one sprinkler all together. He told me some extra work had to be done and I had to pay additional charge. In fortunately I did not go along with him as he worked or test the system until much later. I was not thrilled with the work nor the extra charge. <br />"

"First of all they showed up for both anointments on time. A big plus for me. Gaspar and his brother worked a very long day to install my backsplash and did a fabulous job. Very detailed oriented. Cleaned up the entire site before they left. Would absolutely hire them again."

"Pricing on each project was about average among the bids I got (not a lot of spread). All work started on time, finished on time. Very good workmanship. Pavers tightly laid.  <br /> The boss, Gus, can be a little tough to get hold off but once I asked for his cell phone to call rather than using the office number things went smoother."

"Dale was great really helped to make me feel better about the huge amount of damage this leak caused. He explained all the options I had with repairing just the area or replacing the whole roof. I have seen a couple of other companies today and no one took the time to explain everything to me just three numbers at me. I will recommend your company again!!"

"Matt's response was swift. He came and assessed the work that needed to be done and gave what we found to be a fair estimate. Shortly after returning to his office he called back to inform us that he would lower the price because he found that he had a dumpster available for the rubble. As it was a relatively small project he brought an additional worker. Before starting the demolition they searched along the perimeter of the concrete for the presence of lines or pipes. After ascertaining that it was clear they proceeded to cut the concrete into smaller blocks in a professional and efficient manner. No cracks were created in the concrete that remained . They cleared the area of all debris and left it looking nice and clean. They even graciously consented to remove some broken stepping stones that were in the backyard. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the cleanly cut edges of the concrete. Now the landscaper can proceed to putting in sod as there was no appreciable delay because of the quick response. We will have a backyard to be proud of."

"Purchased molded concrete in the form of cultured stone for exterior installation on my porch and fence columns. Was very glad to have found this company, the cost was significantly less expensive than ordering real cultured stone. It looks good and is easy to install with thinset cement. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Lorida, FL

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
