"Daniel the salesman was professional and courteous. He gave a projected timeframe for our fence installation but that it could change due to weather and material. My main complaint was with the office. They were with terrible in communicating any delays to us. The saving grace was the installation team (Ryan and crew - 5 stars) their work was top notch. We have small dogs, and they took the time to make sure there were no opening's that our dogs could get out. They were able to start and finish up the same day. Our fence looks awesome and have gotten compliments from several of our neighbors. Great job......."

I called and they did come with no problem. They are reliable. Getting that fence up was the number one priority for me. I told them that one part was still low and I told them that alligators could get under there, so they put a piece there also. I was very happy with their job, 100%. They told me when they were coming, and they came just about when they said they were coming."

"Our project went great, between Dave our sales rep, Jerry in the office, and James our installer there was very clear communication. Our experience started with Dave who took a great deal of time to explain the different options, process, and answered all of our questions right in the spot, he is extremely knowledgeable. Jerry in the office was on top of our material order and scheduling the install, he was always prompt to return calls and kept us up to date on the progress of the material order. Lastly, James the installer was the best person we have had work on our house yet. His attention to detail is second to none and he kept a very clean work site. We can’t say enough good things about him. He even custom made TREX strips to cover the normal gaps where the gate closes to provide a more finished look / greater privacy. He is a true asset to Bull Dog! This was one of the easiest projects we have ever had completed and one that was done with such an attention to detail! I would recommend Bull Dog to anyone, plus their price was very competitive."

"After checking out numerous fence company reviews and public records search, I requested quotes from four companies.  Two provided quotes by phone / email, and two came to my house. <br />   <br /> I called Superior Fence to request a quote, and Judy came out to my house within a couple of days.  She took the measurements, but more importantly spent a bit of time going over the product options, the quality levels, and installation quality and process.  I elected to go with their premium product.  The premium product fence panels were actually 6 feet from the bottom of the panel to the top.  The other quotes I received were for fence panels that were actually 5' 8" (claiming the 6' was to the top of the post) or 5' 10" (claiming the 6' was from the ground to the top of the panel).  Also, the premium product had tighter lattice work for more privacy than the other options.  The price was slightly higher than the other quotes I received; however, none of the other quotes actually had the full 6' panel with the aluminum brace and tight lattice.  If they had quoted the exact same fence, I believe it would have been just as much if not more.  I signed the contract and gave a 50% deposit.  Judy took the paperwork (survey, HOA approval, etc.).  I noticed that the building permit was applied for the next day. <br />   <br /> The building permit was issued and I contacted Tom to schedule the installation.  I was disappointed to hear that the product had not yet been received.  This was a bit of a concern to me.  I assumed that the product would be ordered immediately based on the 50% deposit and the building permit took about 3 weeks.  They may have waited until the building permit was issued, but I don't know.  I do understand that I ordered the premium product, which has less demand than the standard product.  The product arrived about two weeks after the building permit was issued, and they called to say they would be installing it the next day. <br />   <br /> I met the installer who made quite an impression on me.  This was the most professional, respectful, and courteous installer you could imagine.  I went over a couple items with him, and he simply said yes sir.  I had 100% complete confidence that it was going to be installed exactly the way I wanted with all my concerns addressed.  So I left for work.  He worked all day (a long day) to finish it.  My wife said he didn't even take a break for lunch.  This guy was intelligent and had a tremendous work ethic.  The fence looks beautiful.  The gate is smooth, closes automatically, and has a tremendous fit and finish.  They called it in for final inspection the next day, and of course it passed. <br />   <br /> I highly recommend Superior Fence and hope you are able to get the same installer I had. <br />"

On Tuesday, one of their associates not only fixed the issue, but he also showed me how to apply the silicone lubricant on them. As always Window World, was polite and professional."
