"They works arrived early evening (5 pm) due to an earlier job. They finished up about 9 pm. The came back the next morning and buffed and applied the clear coat. They did a great job! The floor looks great. They filled all the floor cracks and the seam between the floor and wall. The workers were friendly and got right to work when they arrived. "Location wasn't clear - address was for a parking garage in downtown Bethesda that was hard to find. Finally found the sign outside the garage next to a hotel - would have been helpful if the directions had indicated that it was the hotel garage. Car detailing was performed at the very bottom floor of an underground facility - down, down, down, down. Very empty levels were eerie and somewhat scary for a single woman alone. Finally found the car detailing at the very bottom. Had about a 4 hour wait while the car was detailed and carpets dried so I went to lunch and walked around. They were supposed to call me when the car was ready, and they didn't.  They did a nice job cleaning the car and the price was great, But they used a very heavy deodorizer that was overpowering - made me sneeze. Three months later, I can still smell it though it is not as strong. I would not use this service if you are allergic to scents. <br />"
