"Fernando is the owner and landscape professional. We asked him for a quote to remove and trim many trees and shrubs and landscaping our front yard. The Front yard had become overgrown because our gardener did not have the time or wherewithal to maintain it. Fernando gave us an estimate for the job which was quite high, but he told us he would do excellent and complete work and would maintain by coming twice a month the cut the grass and trim the trees and bushes, so we agreed on that basis. He did a good job of removing the unwanted trees and bushes. He went with us to the nursery to buy new plants and did a good job of planting and fertilizer. Afterward, he came only a few times and then stopped coming or answering my calls. In the few times he came, he charged extra for repairing sprinklers and trimming the large trees, complained he was spending too much time, changed the monthly fee to a per visit fee that increased the price about $20/month, and tried to sell me on additional high-cost services like additional tree removal. He was good on the initial job, and I would recommend him for one-time trimming/removal/landscaping, but I cannot recommend his lack of professionalism, failure to maintain the landscape as he promised, and the high prices he charges."

(1) Beside his reasonable and competitive quote, (2) Mr. Tavera listened, stayed focused and provided design ideas/suggestions relevant to what my needs and wants rather than off-the-wall expensive fancy designs that other contractors usually pitch. (3) He kept the job good progress throughout the project, his people showed up to work every day. (4) He was easy to work with; during the project, I had few changes of heart, wanted to make some changes to the original plan, he was accommodating. "Very unprofessional company. They charge me $40,000 for my payers which were very happy with. However, the on-site manager when job was done asked me if I wanted my pavers sealed to protect them. I asked him that's not included in the $40,000. He said no and he told me if I had told you that up front you wouldn't have bought the pavers. He wanted 5200 to seal the papers. I had a professional tile company which happens to be a very good friend of mine come out and seal them for $2,000. They look amazing. However, system papers now has voided my warranty because I had another professional company do what they should have done to begin with. Very bad experience overall with management I don't recommend I have found a company that does pavers same quality. Half the price. I had all my additional work done by this other guy. It matches. It looks exactly the same quality is 100% All I can say is buyer beware. Do not use system papers. They will rip you off also. I made a very clear to the on-site manager. I was unhappy. He said he would discuss with his bosses and get back to me. Nobody has ever called me back to try to make it right"

They were not the lowest ones, but definitely not the highest ones. Roger was always available over the phone. The crew and leader, Juan, were very professional and courteous. I'd recommend them for sure."
