"I wanted to leave the final feedback for Clean Slate and also for Home Advisor but there is no where to edit or add anything else. I will leave what I feel I need to say in this email. I was searching the Internet for a rodent exterminator. There were many and I was already frustrated. I had been finding rodent droppings around the perimeter of the house - not outside but indoors. I was extremely frightened and even more so I was tired of cleaning up the disease carrying mess. At night, thoughts of being attacked by rats while I attempted to sleep haunted me. I came across your site Home Advisor and within seconds I had a few choices of exterminators to choose from. I immediately connected with Clean Slate Exterminators and I am sure glad I did. I believe that I made the best choice possible. Steven arrived quickly after my call and came over to inspect the house. He did his best to try and calm me down and explained that the rodents were just as scared of me as I was of them. He arranged to come back the following day with his crew to do the work. The crew which was led by Steven arrived on time and ready to work. They were thorough and did the necessary work in a very professional manner. Each and every return check was the same. They arrived on time and removed the invaders in a safe manner, replacing the traps with fresh bait. After the fifth visit with no sign of anything for the past two, we were in the clear. I was so relieved when Steven told us that our problem had been resolved. He also reminded me that within a years time frame from the start of the job that if any other signs of rodent invasion happen to appear that I was to call him immediately and he would come back over to take care of it. I highly recommend Clean Slate Exterminators to anyone that has, or even thinks they have any kind of pest in their home. They are the best in the business! They are efficient and effective and the customer service they provide is just as great as their extermination process. We are pest-free!
