"It is fantastic. I looked and should have taken before and after pictures. No one would believe this is the same carpet I don’t believe it’s the same carpet. I told Mo or The Amazing Mo as I have started calling him my friend wanted to know how it went. He told me close your eyes I did and when hi finished I would have sworn he installed not cleaned my carpet. It always a gamble when you hire someone new to do work; you’re not sure what you will get. I got the top of the line. I believe that God puts people in your life for a reason he sent me Mo. And I am truly happy. I almost don’t want to walk on it. I will definitely see Mo again next year. As long as we both are around I am making this an annual check-up. My carpet was so bad I was embarrassed to have Mo see it. He pull out the table dirt wherever he moved a piece of furniture there was dirt. And spots I love pop and drink it everyday and I’ve spilled it a number of times you could never tell how clumsy I am from my carpet now. While he was cleaning a neighbor came by and we talked awhile he was so pleased he ask Mo to take a look at his rug. Thank you Mo excellent work. "<strong>The Good:</strong> <br />    COMMUNICATION:  Serj was quick to call me and set up an appt. He quickly sent a contract. His communication was clear. The guys came when they said they would. There were problems with the sloppiness of the work and Serj sent a member of his team out to fix them later. <br /> <br /> <strong>The Bad:</strong> <br />    POOR JUDGMENT:  They put the carpet roll on the street in front of my neighbor's house which is right next to the car gate entrance of the neighborhood. I told the guys to use my driveway to cut the carpet, but they didn't. 5 hours later, it was still in front of my neighbor's house and I had to drag it away from there myself. <br />    SLOPPY:  The job took longer than I think they estimated. The guys were here almost 12 hours and by then end they were just trying to be fast and get out. This made them sloppy. They hacked many of my newly painted baseboards with the metal tool used to tuck in the carpet. There is also a gap that can fit my fingers between the carpet and many of the baseboards. The seams in most rooms were very visible. They didn't even tuck the carpet in on all sides of most steps on the staircase. <br /> <strong><br /> Conclusion:<br />     </strong>Communication is really important. The team is not as detailed as I think they should be, but they are willing to fix the problems if you point them out. Serj wants to do a good job. <br />"
