"These folks have been helping me for three years. Since day one they have been consistently conscientious, professional, thorough, and efficient and even do it all with smiles and laughter. My home sparkles when they leave! I recently asked them to clean my outside propane BBQ, as it is getting difficult for me (I am almost 80) to do myself. It is clean and shining and ready to use again. I cannot say enough positive things about this whole team, from the husband who always answers the phone and seems to be the one coordinating the jobs, to the lovely ladies who do the actual cleaning. After the 1st cleaning my mother made the check out to "Queen of clean", After the 2nd cleaning the worker told my senior mother to make the check out to the worker and not the company. Sounds fishy, my mother was not happy with the 2nd visit cleaning, she felt it was just not adequate not the "A" rating that we were expecting after previous reviews."
