The drawbacks were that the person who assessed the situation was different from the two workmen who came to install the new garbage disposal, and that neither of the workmen spoke English. I had no opportunity to ask whether the existing disposal could be fixed (it was relatively new) or if it absolutely had to be replaced. For a $700 total cost, I would like to have been sure. Having said that, everything works as it should and my sink is working again."

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

He also said that he could perform the work today. He described what he envisioned our problem to be and how he planned to fix it. He then set to work, and while he came across a couple of unforeseen complications, he was able to get the job done efficiently and cleaned up afterward. His charge was for the original estimate.
