"Clark's was professional, knowledgeable and efficient from beginning to end including my first phone inquiry, the bidding/estimate process, scheduling, the work and the wrap up. Every room in my house was refinished or new woods laid. Two teams came in to do my work - first the team that removed and hauled away the old carpet/pad, prepped the floor and laid the new woods, and the second team sanded, prepped and sealed the floors and installed new baseboard/quarter rounds. Every single person I interacted with was customer service oriented, knowledgeable about their aspect of the work, courteous and willing to answer many questions. They all maintained a very clean work site and cleaned up entirely at the end of everyday. There was minimal dust and they took great care to cover all artwork or other household items I could not remove. Clark's provided outstanding, quality work at every step and I would hire them again for all my hardwood floor needs."

"Alameda Hardwood Floors are fantastic. They did the install very carefully, on time, and took care of all our furniture and also made sure they helped us move the furniture around. We also have three cats in the house who are indoor and they took care to work around them. There workmanship is top notch. Jesus, who is the owner supervises and also does the work with his assistants and he is very involved unlike some other owners who just come and go. We will definitely use them again when we replace our downstairs flooring. They did three bedroom, closets and stair case for us."

The owner of DG Flooring, Dom was on site each day, working diligently alongside or independent of his employees. His work was professional, thorough, and completed in a timely fashion (6 consecutive days). His focus was on our project alone, so he didn’t “disappear” to attend to some other project. He even requested to work, and we allowed, into the early evening and on the weekend in order to complete the project by the agreed upon deadline. He was very accommodating to our needs, trying as much as possible not to create any inconveniences. He and his crew were very respectful and very hard working. His pricing was reasonable and came in as he had estimated. He moved furniture at no additional cost. He also did other related work, I.e., he removed a pony wall, moved an outlet, and retextured and painted a wall. He and his crew cleaned up nicely at each day’s end. "Floor Pros did impressive work on a very challenging job for us. The job entailed refinishing our 100-year old living room, dining room and entry floors, replacing our upstairs hall floor which had been badly damaged during a remodel and refinishing our mahogany stairs and adding new risers to cover the gaps between the old risers and the treds. Mark Velez of Floor Pros really stood out from the other floor companies by being responsive to the unique issues of our floors and willing to problem-solve to find the best solution. The results exceeded our hopes, thanks to his skilled crew. The new hall floor was beautifully laid, with a border to match the existing floor. With Mark’s input, we decided to use a clear finish on the steps to help the mahogany (which tends to stain red) blend better with the lightly stained (pecan color) oak floors. Mark recommended heartwood white oak for the new risers, also with a clear finish, and the result was a perfect blend of the different woods. The new treds were installed with such precision that they virtually eliminated the chorus of squeaks we had been living with. We opted to have 2 coats of the Bona Commercial High Traffic finish and have been very pleased with it. Mark and his crew get top marks for customer communication, problem-solving and performance. We would certainly use Floor Pros again and would recommend them."

"A very responsive and knowledgeable company. I worked with Miguel and he came over and gave a very reasonable estimate. His team came in and plastic'd over everything (and I mean *everything*) so that no dust ended up on our pictures, kitchen, or anywhere else for that matter. The end result was better than I had expected - 20 years of life, dogs, beach sand, etc had brought many areas of the floor down to bare wood and very dulled finish (where any finish was left) - the brought it back to its former glory.
