"Our technician Henry was efficient and careful; our carpets look and smell like new!"

"Oscar did a fantastic job on our office rug. Our dog had unfortunately done a number on the rug, and Oscar was able to replace the stained sections - it’s almost impossible to tell where the new sections are! Then he cleaned the rug so everything looks brand new. He worked quickly and efficiently, and we are so grateful!"

"We needed our carpet stretched and this company was able to get the job done a week later. The owner hired a very nice contractor to do the job. It was done quickly and he was very thorough. The owner of this company was also able to hire someone to paint the trim of our house at the same time. We are very pleased with the work that was done."

"They were good to work with and responsive to our needs. Appreciated them for that."

"It is fantastic. I looked and should have taken before and after pictures. No one would believe this is the same carpet I don’t believe it’s the same carpet. I told Mo or The Amazing Mo as I have started calling him my friend wanted to know how it went. He told me close your eyes I did and when hi finished I would have sworn he installed not cleaned my carpet. It always a gamble when you hire someone new to do work; you’re not sure what you will get. I got the top of the line. I believe that God puts people in your life for a reason he sent me Mo. And I am truly happy. I almost don’t want to walk on it. I will definitely see Mo again next year. As long as we both are around I am making this an annual check-up. My carpet was so bad I was embarrassed to have Mo see it. He pull out the table dirt wherever he moved a piece of furniture there was dirt. And spots I love pop and drink it everyday and I’ve spilled it a number of times you could never tell how clumsy I am from my carpet now. While he was cleaning a neighbor came by and we talked awhile he was so pleased he ask Mo to take a look at his rug. Thank you Mo excellent work. It is important to have people you trust to do a certain quality of work. And that is Mo. Thank you Amazing Mo and I will see you again next year. Thank you for a job well done. "The overall experience with the New Floor Co. was excellent.  Dan Paik is the owner of the company.  He quickly responded to my initial call, came to my house and evaluated the job and prepared an estimate promptly.  Dan came across as very competent.  I felt secure that he knows wood floors inside and out.  After accepting the bid, I was introduced to Victor Munoz.  Victor is lead installation man in the company.  Victor is a real craftsman and perfectionist.
My house is pretty old, built around 1908.  The job required a good amount of leveling to make the floor look uniformly flat.  Victor did this artfully.  He went under the house to secure and strengthen the subfloor where it was loose.  The doors needed some cutting to accommodate the new floors.  Victor even fixed things along the way that were not functioning.  For example, my front door opened and closed roughly.  He fixed it in no time flat.  Two other people were on the job with Victor, Gi (his brother) and Deshawn (brother in-law).  Both worked very hard and contributed their know how to completing the job.  Aside from being very hard workers, all three of these guys are very pleasant, professional and total gentlemen.  By the time the job was nearing completion, I actually felt like these guys became friends.
After all is said and done, my floors look awesome!  The team at New Floors Co met and surpassed my expectations.  I highly recommend them.
