After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. "They never showed up at the storage unit as I had booked, so I was forced to pack what I could in my vehicle. So they showed up at the house. When I asked for a reduced price, I was told they were giving me packing tape and wrapping for free, when in actuality, I had all that stuff because they never showed up, which forced me to go buy that stuff. When I booked them, they stated that those items were included in the price."

"1 Star -- Proceed With Extreme Caution- Kobe Moving Inc. I do not recommend Kobe Moving based on my direct experience. I hired this company for moving services and paid them and when all my property was in there unmarked truck they demanded, approximately $5,000 for work that was not completed as agreed. The job was left unfinished, and the condition of the work raised serious concerns regarding safety and professionalism. After payment, communication became inconsistent and unreliable. Attempts to obtain a clear completion date or resolution were largely ignored. This created additional stress, delays, and financial impact. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability. When a company accepts full payment, there is a reasonable expectation that the work will be completed properly and safely. That did not happen here. As a consumer, I have since been forced to pursue formal remedies, including complaints with appropriate regulatory agencies, due to the unresolved nature"

"It started out well. They were communicative and on time, but they didn't complete the job. They left half way through and charged me for the whole thing. I have back issues which is why I hired them and they left me hanging. Don't talk about Trump or immigration anywhere around them or they'll flee. There's a reason why this company is cheaper than the others. "

"I hired them to move from Hawaii to Florida. Informed me of the size container my items were to be transported in. Also told me that I needed to pack the items myself. They arrived for pickup with a U-haul and stored items loosely inside. Not in a (200 CUBIC FEET, 7`x 6`x 5`) container as stated. When my items arrived in Florida, they were transported loosely in the back of a 16 wheeler. Boxes, ladders and other items had moved, shifted and fallen. This damaged several boxes and other items. Pictures were taken prior to unloading of the damaged boxes. Individual pictures were take of the boxes and the damaged items inside. Some of the items were in hard plastic boxes that were also damaged and broken. Their response was: The carrier is not responsible for any damage to fragile items unless they were packed and unpacked by its employees. Since the carrier did not pack or unpack any cartons, the driver would not know the contents or condition of the items. As a result, the carrier cann"
