"I can’t speak highly enough for Mr. Larry! He has replaced and installed new hardwood flooring in four of my rooms in my house and the work is impeccable. He is bery knowledgeable of flooring types and installation methods. I have an older (1927) home so some of the challenges that arose, Mr. Larry was able to address and solve with no problem. Larry and his team made sure to keep the construction debris confined to the construction zone. They cleaned and organized the area before they left each day. Mr. Larry’s team showed up on time and performed the work on schedule. When it’s time to replace the floors in my living room, I will be hiring Mr. Larry again!"

"I hired Harvey Guzman flooring to replace extremely unlevel, cracked tile flooring in my business space, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He gave me a very fair price, provided a quote quickly, and was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. I have a very intense work schedule and could only have work done on weekends, and he was more than willing to work with that and made it happen. The job was completed fast, super clean, and the quality of the work is excellent. The new flooring I chose is a perfect fit for the space and completely transformed it. "For the most part, I was happy with Mario's work. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the oven was higher than the counter about a quarter inch while the back of the oven is flush with the counter. Before the kitchen floor was replaced with laminates, the entire oven was flush with the counter, and the reason was the laminate was installed under the front legs of the oven where the floor was bare before that caused the oven front to be elevated."

They managed to convert them into a modern, extra matte , almost blonde finish without sanding, merely removing the polished surface and buffing out scratches and marks, creating a flawless, stunning finish! I’m struggling to find words to express my joy and a fraction of the cost of all other quotes AND the next day before Labor Day, so much more, important to finish with job complete in a few hours!!!!
