Keith's obvious indepth building and local knowledge, down to earth, completely honest and detailed, comprehensive quote.  KL wasn't cheapest bid but we went with them due to Keith's attributes.  Job went fine with KL's crew doing all tasks in very professional, hard working and extra-effort always.  KL effectively addressed a few unexpected bogies in job with no problem.  KL's team was highly skilled and very experienced.  Job timing was fine (expect govt cycle for approving plan, etc).  Keith was always upfront honest in all aspects of the work and job.  We  would use KL again without any reservations.
