"BioOne- Sunny was the manager/contact- seemed good and professional. We had a quote for a clean up on a rodent dropping, hantavirus neglected home. The quote was for $2800. They worked for 4.5 hours. They vacuumed the rodent droppings, removed the old stove as requested, found mold in the kitchen, and stopped at that point. Expecting them to return to clean up and finish, I paid them. I shouldn't have. They have not returned. 25 emails later, Sunny refuses to return saying they cleaned...see the photos to show what that means. As you see, there are piles of crusted on droppings, unwiped (let alone cleaned) surfaces, walls, floors. They didnt touch the entrance. There are 40 photos in total taken this week of the disgusting state they left our home in. They ripped me off."

"I used CERL on a number of mold inspections and for testing. They did great at providing results needed and going general inspections prior to home purchase. My only recommendation is to call CERL to review the report with them as they are difficult to understand and they are careful how they word things as they have to be careful working in Santa Fe with some much property bought and sold. I plan to use them for future testing that I will need done. I feel they are the best in town and well work the cost of the mold inspection to know what your purchasing."

Seems that the previous HVAC coapny that maintained my Trane full house HVAC system failed to connect the intake ducts--- After 18 yrs of this problem - - it ois such a relief that ANCAEABQ was able to fix this! "I had American Leak Detection do a helium test in January 2019 through my Rental House Management Company for a gas leak. When the plumbers came to fix the leak, they said the test was useless and then determined the correct cause of the leak along with fixing it. After this happened, one of the American Leak employees informed a manager of the "non-performance" so that this bill could be waived, but the manager not only insisted this bill be paid, but was going to impose late fees if it was not paid shortly after the conversation. I will never (nor does my management company plan to) use American Leak again - non-performance along with being expensive."
