They are very prompt in returning calls, answering texts and with any questions I had during the entire process. Crew is VERY hard working, pays attention to detail and put touches on this project I wasn't expecting. Estimated time for this project was 3 days. Everything was completed instead in 1 and 1/2 days. I highly recommend them!"

"Excellent. Full review. From start to finish working with Baker Concrete has been a good experience. From initial contact to final work. Willie and his crew went above and beyond for my wife and I. We’ve searched for a long time for someone to pour a walkway from the house to the street. Most people she called said the job was too small. The one concrete company that came out never provided an estimate. Willie though came out when he said he would, provided a written estimate with two reference letters and gave us the instructions for calling 811 to get the lines painted for the underground utilities. Once Willie and his crew started it took them about 3 1/2 days to complete the walkway. This is from initial grading to final work. If a sidewalk can be said to be beautiful, this sidewalk is that, beautiful. It gives my wife mobility which is awesome and wonderful."

"The service provider , Jeff, arrived to give us a quote. I was not available when he stopped by so when I was ready to have the driveway repaired Jeff arranged to meet me at a time that was convenient to me.  Jeff kept the appointment and arrived on time. He explained exactly how it was to be done and what he and his staff would be doing. We then arranged to have the repairs completed the next day. Once again Jeff and his team arrived on time and went right to work. When I arrived home they were still working and completed the project as we had agreed on.  During my inspection I asked for two additional areas to be repaired as both of us missed them in the beginning of the project. This was understandable as this was a very big job. Without any hesitation on Jeff's part his team repaired the additional areas at no additional charge.
What I also was impressed about was that no money exchanged hands until I was completely satisfied and the job was complete.

"We hired this company to pour a concrete footer and to build a block retaining wall around our patio area. We were told they had experienced block layers on their team and were given a quote with an hourly rate for block layers. While the concrete footer was great (they do very good concrete work), we were very disappointed in the block laying. The experienced block layers were not actually part of this company, and only showed up a couple of days. We were told the job would take 10 days per their quote. We ended up paying quite a bit more than their quoted price without the job actually being completed. We discussed our disappointment and after 3 weeks of it, It is not being completed. They came and picked up their equipment leaving the project unfinished."

"Blake is a honest nice guy with a hardworking crew. Once they came to my property it took them 2 days and installation went very smoothly. Did not leave a mess, and all was done professionally, and we love our patio. We had issues with getting a confirmed work date. We signed a contract in June and the job was done in October. It was clearly communicated to us by Blake that they do big jobs, and when he has openings he puts in smaller residential jobs in so that his crew has an income year round. Summer is one of their busiest times during the year with big projects, so we were aware that there can be delays, and he is priced at a low rate for residential work because that is not where he aims to make the most profit. However, due to the excessive rain and growing pains for Blake's business it seemed like our job was significantly delayed than expected. Obviously I waited so for us it turned out ok, but I can see how this would be a frustrating experience for others. I did end up with a now it really has to be done moment so I asked Blake to get the job scheduled or give me my deposit back, and after that the job was done without a hitch within a week.
I am happy to have worked with them, and as long as I am ok that there may be a long wait I am happy to work with them again. I do believe that this delay was out of the ordinary for Blake as well, and it will not happen in the future.
