"The house is over 40 years old and the previous owners had two large dogs and also remodeled part of the home. The air ducts were filthy. Prudential answered my call and sent over someone quickly to deliver a very reasonable quote. We had the work scheduled within 2 weeks and are very pleased with the results. Mark did a thorough job, was very courteous, and showed up on time.

"Work was done well and complete.
Review of additional work was discussed and an estimate provided.
Contractor keeps full schedule and could not find time to meet to finalize work plan and schedule any additional work.
Left me with an uneasy feeling about completing any additional work on a timely schedule - my job may have been too small to be worthwhile but that was not clear from discussion with contractor.
