"I would highly recommend to any family member or friend looking for paint! Called a few companies Tim answered and came day of for a quote. We used them for interior painting in our main family room and dining area. This company went above and beyond Neall oversaw the project awsome communication skills they came in cocked all door frames and archways, patched 60 plus spots fixed cracks from house settling etc. We decided to update trim and any wood color John and Miguel were very through lots of sanding and painting. Very reliable and got the project done in a timely manner. Letting a company into your home while living in it is a little nerve racking but it was no problem and by the time the guys left they felt a little like family super professional. For our indoor project they had major prep work and did a fabulous job. We also lime washed the fireplace and it looks amazing!! So happy with these updates and everything looks fantastic. We will be using them for future projects."

"Scott and Brian were clear and honest about expectations, and their price was very reasonable for a big project (painting my 110-year-old 3-story home). Our house was completed on time and the painters and the crew were respectful and thoughtful of all the scrapping and prepping my old house took to complete. I highly recommend them!"

"Ray was able to some out immediately and assess the repair needed. He was upfront on what would need to be done. He came back a few days later and completed the repair. We even requested a few more quotes on other projects."

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Louisville, NE

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
