The quote was a little higher than the over-the-phone estimates I received from a few other companies but we prefer not to use larger franchise companies for home repairs. When we decided to move forward with Bob's Home Repair, he scheduled us about 3-4 weeks out. He called the next week and said he could fit us in much earlier. He contracted the work out to a man ( I can't remember his name) who spoke very highly of Bob and his business. The man was very friendly and did great work. He had to use a roof jack because our roof is very steep and there is not much traction with our older shingles. He sealed up any holes that he had to make to install the roof jack. They came out to my house and gave me an estimate and matched my grout color. Within a couple days they were backed out to repair my grout.
