"I was looking to have a window screen replaced. Dave answered the initial email through Home Advisor by calling me immediately. He then came to give me an estimate within 24 hours. The price was very reasonable, work was completed within 2 days, and quality was excellent. Dave was easy to get hold of by phone and he came when he promised he would. I will definitely use him for other home repairs in the future. Highly recommended."

"Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."

"Rich installed a new front door, lock and hardware for me around a year ago and I've since had problems w/the lock.  Finally, it wouldn't turn at all so I called Rich.  He responded quickly, took the entire lock apart and fixed it.  He didn't charge me a cent.  Rich is the best.  <br /> Last year when we had a really bad storm w/high winds and rain, my garage ceiling was leaking badly .  Again, I called him and he came right out and fixed it.  I didn't know until later that his home was hit worse than mine.  He was ankle deep in water in his basement, his tools were ruined as were his water heater and washer/dryer and he had no electricity but still he serviced my home before tackling his own.  Now that's dedication.  Just recently, he had an accident and got a concussion so he missed a little bit of work but as soon as he was feeling better, he got right back to work, did some odd jobs for me and serviced his other customers' needs as well.  I can't say enough good things about this guy. <br />"

They painted 2 rooms, installed a dog run, repaired under our kitchen sink, installed track lighting in my studio and laundry room, repaired our garage door and installed a bottom seal, fixed some ceiling areas, installed a missing stove backsplash, and a few more things.
