"Tom and Paul from Dial an Electrician are awesome! I called for some troubleshooting work to replace several lights and light fixtures in my home after they had either gone dead or were replaced (and incorrectly at that) by my dad who meant well and wanted to surprise my husband and I with some DIY lighting work while we were out of town. To make that long story short, my dad actually made things worse and I needed everything to be replaced and rewired. It wasn't an urgent job, but when I called, Tom said they were actually able to come over that day and address all our issues. Tom and Paul were punctual, friendly, patient with all my questions, and very knowledgable. Paul took the time to tell me of every option and price point possible, and always wanted to make sure I was happy with what he was suggesting and the prices for each service, which I was. They got right to work and they are very clean and neat, using drop cloths throughout my home and putting furniture back and sweeping up after they were done. Paul had to order some extra fixtures and was not able to complete the job that day, but he ordered them right away and got them in the next morning, so he was able to return with Tom just a few hours later to complete the job (also, Tom and Paul were very good about staying in contact with regard to our appointments by sending texts to confirm and to let me know when they were on their way). When they returned, again they were both very friendly, professional, patient, and efficient, finished the job perfectly, and cleaned up everything before they left (lots of dust and sheetrock and they swept it all very well). Additionally, Paul had previously on the first day written out a detailed invoice for me with a final total we had agreed on for materials and labor which I had requested to pay in full up front, and so the next day when he came to finish the job and realized he needed more materials than he originally estimated the previous day, he told me not to worry about it and he wasn't going to charge me extra for the additional materials and labor, which was very much appreciated! All in all, working with Paul and Tom was a very pleasant experience, and my husband and I are very happy with them and the job they did that they are now our go-to electricians. We currently are working on an estimate with them for another project for some landscape lighting in our backyard. So happy we found them! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. "Koby Electric responded to my inquiry quickly. Dale gave me an on site estimate and even fixed some of the minor work I needed done on the day of the estimate. Three days later, Dale and Joe were on site to perform the more complicated work of new dedicated outlets for refrigerator and microwave. They were professional and fun to work with. They helped me to figure out the best places to add the additional outlets I needed and went above and beyond in my opinion, by adapting on the fly and doing a couple of extra items that weren't in the original estimate."

"We were caught completely off guard by the amount of damage concealed behind our existing siding, and do the cost of completion at this time exceeded our budget. Jake was great at dealing with this on the fly, but I won't be able to give a full (possibly 5-star) assessment until we complete the entire project, probably next spring. "I had an ice dam and called John, the owner. He sent out his assistants that day (after dark yet!) who cleared off the snow and ice, and placed a tarp until they could come back and fix the problem. They repaired the damage and then installed heated cables with a thermostat and humidistat to eliminate the ice build up in the future.
