"All went very well. The sales rep was helpful and very pleasant. The installment scheduler worked with me when circumstances required a change in installation date. The installers did a great job— they arrived on time and began the job immediately, they took off and replaced the vinyl siding where necessary and they explained the process to me. They also left the house and yard in excellent condition. I would certainly use this company again and I would recommend it to anyone. We are very pleased with the results."

"On the higher side of cost, but they had the best options for vertical siding n metal over roof."

"Luke went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the install and the completion of the job"

"Fixed my roof the first time, not like another company i had contracted."

"Prompt to finish the job and quick to follow up on any questions or concerns"

Universal Windows Direct was founded in April of 2002 by William Barr and Michael Strmac. It was their mission to create a home improvement company that offers high quality home improvement goods at the best possible value. What began as two guys in a 350 square foot office quickly grew to become one of the nation's leading remodeling companies. Today, Universal Windows Direct represents thousands of customers and has a rapidly growing network of locations nationwide, all of which are actively involved in the communities they serve.

I provided several different services

"Our first project with Biltmore was new siding late last summer. Matt Yartz was terrific in helping us decide on color, style, shutters. Communication was excellent. Love the new look!! Recently had Biltmore replace our roof. Once again, Matt Yartz was our guy who helped with the kind of roof and color to go well with the new siding. So very happy. Both the siding and roof were done without any problems. The roofing project was completed in 1-1/2 days!! The crew cleaned up and I have NO COMPLAINTS!"

"I dealt with George exclusively on this upgrade to our house over a three year period.  He was extremely punctual when we met for appointments.  Calls with additional questions were answered promptly by either the office or George himself.  Northcoast  has several different lines of products and George was both informative and helpful in assisting us with our selections.  Setting up times for the actual work was straightforward and they worked with us and our timeline.
The installation on all occasions went smoothly, with good craftsmanship, excellent cleanup of the work area, and in a timely manner.
We noticed one minor defect in one of the new windows (actually, the installer brought it to my attention), and a new unit was immediately reordered and installed under warranty.
Overall, this was a very POSITIVE experience, with none of the high pressure sales pitches, fair pricing, and professional and friendly installation.  I would certainly use Northcoast again for any future upgrades.  As a side note.....Another contractor was recently here for a remodel estimate, and commented on both the windows/doors and the high quality of installation workmanship.  He asked me "who did the work, because I have another customer who is looking for windows" and wrote down Northcoast  on his notebook.
