Get matched with top wood flooring installation pros in Loveland, CO

"This is the third time we have hired Jade Floors to install our flooring. Each time has been a seamless process from start to end. The installers were excellent and efficient, and were super friendly and respectful of our home. They removed the carpet and installed laminate wood flooring in the basement, and replaced the carpet on the stairs. The cost was very reasonable and the work done was excellent quality."

"The task was first to correct squeaking underflooring and second to install carpet. Wagner Floors did not correct the squeaking underflooring, which would have involved replacing plywood underflooring so as to cut plywood pieces to put all butt joints over the joists. The company said it would fix the underflooring, but did not do that part of the work. The young men who replaced the carpeting did a very good job. That was half the work. I recommend against employing Wagner Floors."

"Did great work replacing a storm door and an exterior door for us - they look and work great, he even came back out six months later to make adjustments at no cost when one of them shifted a little with the weather."

"I went with another person who was cheaper and regretted it. Footprints told me cheap isn't always good, they were right. They came through for us! They fixed a real problem area and did not have to replace boards. They made our floors look like a brand new floor. I would recommend them so highly! Be smart the first time and let Footprints Floors help you with your wood floors!"

"Did an excellent job on my project! Completed it quickly and was easy to work with. He communicated well and kept me in the loop for problems that came up. Would highly recommend and would be my first choice for hiring again!"

"Since I first started using his services a few years ago, John has finished dozens of repairs and new projects for me at three different locations. These projects ranged from simple electrical and masonry tasks to large remodeling tasks. John always keeps his working environment clean as he works to completely and quickly complete the project to perfection."

"The team has fond a significant amount of work for us, including interior and exterior painting and, most recently, replacing and coming matching exterior siding and trim. The pricing is always fair. The crew are always well informed and timely. Yhe work done over several projects has always been high quality. We will absolutely use this team again."
