He was efficient in his work, and patient with us in explaining what he was doing and what he needed from us at every step of the way. We found him to be very personable with a great sense of humor. But most importantly, his work was superior: from demolition; to installation; to finish; to clean up; to follow up, Drew left no stone unturned and was determined to make sure we were satisfied with the job.
