"Pioneer did an awesome job replacing a large pad and walkway which had sunken 3-4" due to poor installation work by the home builder(Zicka Homes) 20+ yrs ago. They were on time as scheduled, did a great job communicating plans. They were mindful to protect the grass and landscaping. The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!"

John was able to adapt to our request and install a second drainage system to reduce the water pooling issue in the backyard. He and his son kept the site clean between work days, thorough site cleanup upon completion (street, sidewalk, work areas) and completed the work quickly with the nice break in Cincinnati weather. "Mike and his crew from JRS completed a total patio redesign project for the backyard at my residence. This included the installation of a substantial concrete pad, Pergola, privacy fence, railings and steps, running of electric for a hot tub, and installation of an outdoor ceiling fan and TV. Mike was fair with his costs and projections, was true to his word, there were no surprises throughout the course of the project; which took 6 months to complete from time of contract signing to finalization. Mike was easy to work with and was flexible when I added to the original agreed upon plan (outdoor ceiling fan and tv installation). They performed all work as promised, which also included an excellent job of clean up and reseeding my backyard. More than anything, the quality of the work performed was exceptional. Mike and his crew took pride in their work, my new backyard / patio is an awesome space now! I couldn't be happier! "This past august Hastings and sons did a major concrete project for us. This project included a 12 ft by 12 ft slab for a shed, removal and replacement of a 12 ft by 24 ft patio including step, replacement of front poach, side walk, and removal and replacement of a 16 by 36 ft driveway. We were very disappointed with the workmanship of the driveway. We also received numerous negative comments from friends and neighbors. After seeing the driveway in person, the owner, Shawn Hastings, said the work definitely did not meet his companies standards. at our request He agreed to replace the entire driveway (For a nominal fee). This past week he made good on his promise and he and his crew replaced the driveway. We have since received Several comments from the people who saw it the first time. and they were amazed at how much better it looks now. We gladly give this work a 5 star rating (6 star if we could). We want to especially thank Shawn and his crew (Diego, Scott, and Victor). They worked well together as a team, were meticulous in doing the job right, especially in their attention to detail, and were very respectful. It was a pleasure meeting them."

He was able to access the foundation after removing the old steps and he discovered that the concrete beneath them was not level. He quoted a very reasonable price to fix it and he was able to complete the job and install the steps in a very timely manner. His work was excellent! "Have had Tri-State do several projects. All have been done quickly and well. Latest was cutting an egress window into a concrete foundation for a lower level walkout. Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well.
