"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "We had a tree growing out of the left corner of our second story gutter. Caio Lanes from Lanes Gutters called and we set up a day and time. He arrived a little after our appointed time but he'd called to say he was going to arrive later. He went right up the ladder and took pictures of the gutter and tree. The 12" to 15" tree was growing in a large amount of damp soil like debris that was clogging the gutter. Clearly we needed to have the entire gutter cleaned. Caio took off the leaf filters, removed the debris, reinstalled the leaf filters and worked his way across the 36 feet length of the front gutter. He worked quickly, had a nice personality and my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of his entire approach. We're going to have him back to clean more sections of our gutters."
