With over 30 years of personal experience of sales and installations of Ceramic Tile and Natural Stone Tile, many other phases of home improvements were either included or supervised by me. The 1/2 down is to cover materials specifically required for your project and to secure a firm commitment in blocking out the time on my schedule required to get the job done.\n\nA majority of my projects involve owners or property management who can not readily visit the property being worked on. To keep people informed and involved. I use the internet to send send proposals, invoices, receive payments, upload CAD drawings and upload progress pictures via email or to a secure website. If there are any questions, concerns or comments about any phase of the project, I try to make it easy to communicate and document my customer's needs. All uploaded photos can have comments on them, and online conversation threads can be created to document everything that is discussed about the project. All of these online interactions are secure and only available to me, my design/quality control staff and you. These interactions can be easily shared by my customer to anyone they wish, anywhere in the world to help guide them through the home improvement process or even boast to the world of the work they are doing to their home. All online sharing permissions are approved by the customer and will not be used by PM Home Improvements for any other reason not previously approved.

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
