"ABC Garage Repair is TOP NOTCH!  I have 2 garage doors and both of the auto openers were old and needed replacement.  I emailed 3 of Angie's List "A" rated companies and Jesse from ABC was the ONLY ONE to respond to my inquiry.  They got the business based solely on that.  Confirmed an appointment w/in 3 days of initial contact.  The installer was friendly, informative and timely.  Replaced both openers and put in a exterior key pad but the rollers were old and although the doors opened they were loud and the garage doors needed a tune up.  Scheduled ABC for the tune up  the next day and another tech came out - same story, on time, friendly, experienced and walked through everything.  I received a little discount on the tune up since we had just spent a lot on the openers.  Great service.  Roller/Tune up made a huge difference and it's amazing what a difference.  GREAT SERVICE!  I would recommend ABC to friends, clients and Angie's listers!

"After a break-in, I needed to get my doors replaced. The reviews on Angie's List helped me select Supreme Window and Door with added confidence. From start to finish, the process was easy and the pricing fair. All the staff were professional and courteous.
The sale representative (Albert) was knowledgeable about the product line. He answered my questions and worked with me to find a product right for me and within my budget. He explained the different features and options - but i never felt pressured. Eric and the rest of the installation team did a beautiful job installing the doors: they were professional, neat and kept me informed throughout the job.
Besides just "selling and installing" my doors, Albert and Eric went above and beyond the written contract and were gracious in volunteering to help me with a few handyman-type small jobs I needed after the break-in: helping to install a new motion-detector light and fixing a broken wooden gate. These were small "chores", but the extra effort they took to quickly install a new backyard security light and to fix the broken gate helped me feel more secure after the break-in incident. Gary performed the original assessment and provided me with the lowest estimate from four top rated vendors on Angi.com. The crew came out after my windows and doors arrived in their shop and in seven hours installed everything and cleaned up. The products manufactured by ProVia are beautiful and the installation outstanding. Jack visited me a couple of weeks later for follow-up and, like those who preceded him, was extremely professional and courteous. "Nikos the salesperson was very professional and helpful. Nikos suggestions were very informative in regards to the type of the doors that would fit perfectly for this type of older house. Nikos worked with us in drafting several contracts before we were able to finalized the contract and the start date. The measuring department informed us that the doors needed to be customized and special order. The installation was schedule for (2) days. However, Oscar and his professional crew started around 8:30 am and was able to completed the job around 7:00 pm. The installation went well since the crew was working on a older house. The installation crew section off the work area and did a complete clean up of the work area. Thank you Hammer and Nail Exteriors for doing a great job!

John, the technician, provided a thorough analysis of what was wrong with my door, and gave me three repair options to choose from. The other 2 companies to give me bids only spoke of the immediate problem with the door, not taking into account that the system operating it was over 20 years old. Had I chosen either of them, my door would have been operational, but because of its age, would no doubt be in need of additional service a few years down the road. While Elite's bid was the highest, I feel confident that I made the best choice in hiring them to repair my garage door. Not only was John professional, polite, and punctual, he very patiently explained the purpose and function of all the new hardware he installed, as well as how to keep the garage door opening and closing smoothly for years to come.
