Once we decided to replace they provided us many options to consider so we could make an informed decision. "I have been working with Air Ductors happily for years—they do regular Heat/AC maintenance and duct cleaning for me, and when my very old furnace died, I called them to replace with a high efficiency furnace. The installation went fairly well, though the furnace needed to be adjusted once for noise. It's all set now and everything works great. "Went very well. The ducts had not been cleaned for many years and the tech did a good job on the cleaning. He recommended that we use a different type of filter (which I could purchase from the company) to keep our ducts and air cleaner. So far the filter is working great!"

"He did try to up-service to have I think the dryer vents cleaned and then something with the furnace cleaned; but it's a duplex that I just purchased in November and the furnace was cleaned, and I think the dryer vent ducts were cleaned at that time too. I'm not sure but that was going to be I think $399 for those two additional features, but I just want the plain air duct cleaning. I thought he was very good. I just want that one service for $199. If he can stick to his guns and just do it for $199 I just want the job done. I'd give him an A on the consultation. I'm really thankful that Angie's List is supportive; a little comfort zone. He was great on the phone, but then when I called and left a voicemail message to cancel the appointment - I had originally had the appointment for them to show up at the duplex today between 11 and 12 - and I called to let them know that I wanted to wait until my carpet was installed. I kind of expected a courtesy call just to say hey, got your message and just give us a jingle when you're ready; just a courtesy call to acknowledge that they received the voicemail message because I don't even know if he got it."

"When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."
