"Justin the owner of Sky Power Wash did a great job! Justin responded quickly, printed us out a bid on the spot had us scheduled quickly when we were ready showed up on time. Justin did a fantastic job. He not only used a hot water solution on roof that left no streaks but cleaned the gutters and rinsed down all the siding and windows. When he was done he collected all the debris on tarps and hauled it away. All in all this company is top rate. Justin is bonded and insured and has the best price out there with the most to offer."

"Selene and her team have been cleaning for us for quite a few years now. They are excellent cleaners who go beyond the typical list of cleaning duties. But i think just as importantly, they are amazing people. They have become family. We recently underwent a major home remodel and had a conflict in scheduling where we had to search for a new cleaner. We tried 3 different cleaning teams who were all rated very well. "She arrived on time and did a thorough job. Our house wasn't too bad to start with but we have a dog and 2 cats and live on a gravel road, so things get dusty fast and our dog drools all over the wood floor. She didn't use stinky chemicals and the house shined after she left. She was also recommended by a friend outside of Angie's List. They are pretty busy and popular and it took 2-3 months before she could come out, but we're happy we waited. I've never had anyone clean my house and am very particular and didn't know that someone could meet my expectations so well.

UPDATE: we have had two cleanings since my first review on the initial clean. I haven't been quite as happy with these cleanings as there were areas on the list missed and different people in my house each time (with Debbie). Same types of cleaning were missed the second time even after giving feedback. I also required that I meet the people coming into my house and that I don't want a revolving crew and received push back on this and was told that I'm the only person who has ever requested this. It's my house and I want to know who's in it."

"The owner, Stuart, gave us a bid, which was the lowest of the three we got.  He seemed very knowledgable and I liked him.  He and another guy pressure washed the windows and doors to be painted, and a week later a crew of two men came and did the painting, over a period of two and a half days.  They seemed to know what they were doing, and the windows and doors look great now.  They even did a couple of minor repairs, for no extra charge.
We are quite pleased with the paint job and would use them again.

"Sergio Hernandez and his team of Alex and Miguel did an outstanding job. Alex and Miguel cleaned and de-mossed my roof, cleaned out the gutters and washed the outside of the gutters until they were sparkling white. They hauled the stuff they got off the roof and out of the gutters to my trash pile. Alex cleaned the inside and out side of my windows, including skylights, windowsills, and screens. Sergio came by several times to see how the work was progressing. It took the team 2 days to complete. The price for the combined job was less than what I would have been charged by the several other companies that I had bid separately. The window cleaning was head and shoulders above what I have received by other window cleaning companies. I would definitely use this company again and I would ask for Alex as the one to do the work and lead his team."
