"On time for resurfacing everything went well. That alone would have been 5 stars. Was told would call in 3 weeks to set up a time to seal the driveway. I had to call them 5 weeks after to schedule, no big deal. Scheduled for Saturday morning 12/11. Texted at 9:33 to get a rough idea when they’d be here. No response. Called at 11:58am left a message. No call back. Called again at 2:47pm left another message. No call back. Called a third and final time at 5:18pm mail box was full. Wasted all day Saturday waiting. It is now Wednesday 12/15 and have not heard from anyone. Not sure why there’s been no response but would like to have some idea what happened. I averaged a good initial experience with a poor communication bordering on an unprofessional experience for the 3 star rating."
