During every step of the construction process one of the brothers would show up to supervise and ensure everything was done well. "The overlay more than met our expectations. As a unit owner with a balcony covered in outdoor carpeting, I had to purchase a Shopvac just to regularly clean it. Everything (e.g., beach sand, dust, cracked leaves) stuck to the carpet. With the new overlay, my balcony is not only easy to clean but looks fantastic, too (see the before and after photos). Neal and his crew were very professional and accommodating. The work was done more quickly than I expected, taking just one day for the carpet removal and preparation and two days to overlay 16 balconies and walkways, Prior to his applying the overlay, our walkways had cracks and looked awful. Neal suggested that we hide the cracks with a random pattern in the overlay, and it worked well. Neal was incredibly responsive to our calls and our general needs, and his workers were professional, interacted well with our owners and renters, and seemed to be well experienced and good at what they did. Thus far, we are completely satisfied with every aspect of his services."

From start to finish, FPC did such an excellent job. The time frame they quoted me was 2 months and they finished 2 weeks early. Corey showed up at my house either early or on time every single day. They cleaned up at the end of each day as best they could. Helped me moved heavy furniture around so that they project could get started. Corey's attention to detail was incredible. The finished product looks amazing. Brian is so friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I would recommend this company without any reservation."

They are highly competitive in pricing compared to other companies. Coming for a person who has worked and issued permits and knowing a lot of scam artist when it comes to contractors. People should be very wary when it comes to contractors but not with this company. This company delivers and produces a great product. "It went pretty well. Had to call a few times to get them to schedule, but I understand being busy. They had one small mess up involving a blower and some concrete dust and my car. BUT it was an accident and I understand accidents do happen. They were very apologetic and offered to clean the car and the garage, no permanent damage was done so it was all good. They did a very good job of cleaning up there mess at the end of each day which I do appreciate very much. Once they started working they worked everyday except one(it was raining) and completed the job on time. The quality of the work is very good. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the exact color and style you want. The crew was very nice, polite and respectful. I will most likely hire them again to do my backyard."
