"He did a great job with the plans, there were some issues at the beginning but that was more on the building inspector but Marcus corrected everything to make the plans fit the project and the project fit the plans, so that being said I'm very happy with the outcome."

"Horrible experience. We were in a hurry for a permit set for a very simple architectural roof change. They drew things they didn't need to draw, took weeks longer than expected, missed and changed deadline dates, wouldn't refund the "expedited" timeline fee, would sometimes not reply or respond. Horrible experience. Do not recommend. "

"Edward Ryan worked with us every step of the way... he helped us get the designs and permits and did a large amount of the work himself. He has a great work ethic and kept everything moving forward. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."
