"Mr. Cristan did such a wonderful job on our private home, back in June 2016 while we were out of town, I decided to assign him a much more challenging task at one of our rental homes, which had gotten very much out of hand! This rental home, although occupied and with an agreement that the current tenants are to take care of the yard themselves as part of the monthly rental price....the front, back yard and alley were so out of control that it was hard to even tell where the sidewalk began in the front yard! Isaac takes a lot of pride in his work and therefore, he mainly functions as a one-man business. He spent approximately 6 hours, tediously hand-hoeing the areas in which the grass and weeds had grown up in-between the concrete on the sidewalks and porches, both in the front and back. He did an immaculate job, as well as mowed, weed-eated, and edged both the front and back yard. In addition, he spent an extended amount of time tending to and mowing the alley in which we had previously received several notices, periodically, from the City for our tenants being in violation. i can honestly say that after Mr. Cristan finished his work at our rent house, it completely changed the appearance of the home and I almost didn't recognize it when I drove by the first time! Mr. Cristan now has a year-round contract with me on our rental home, taking care of it during the summer months, as well as scalping, as needed in the winter, and also vacuuming the uncontrollable leaves that accumulate during the fall, with his Cub Cadet Leaf and Chip Vacuum.
