"STEVE WAS GREAT! I NEED ROOF LEAK REPAIR/ GUTTER REPAIR AND HE EVEN FINISHED UNDER THE ESTIMATE PRICE HE QUOTED ME. AND GAVE ME A YEAR WARRANTY ON HIS WORK. "I was selling my townhouse and the roof came up during the home inspection. I called several companies and received comparable quotes from each, but decided to go with Ocean Seven Builders. I'm glad I did. Jimmy, who estimated the job for me, was knowledgeable and gave me an approximate time frame for completion (1-2 weeks). This was an important aspect since closing was scheduled to happen in 3 weeks. After I put down my 1/3 deposit, they ended up having am opening in the schedule and were able to replace the roof within a week's time. The work took less than a day and the crew worked well. They took pictures and provided me with the invoice & warranty documentation I needed for closing. Invoicing and everything else behind the scenes was handled via email with the office manager. He was also very pleasant to work with and provided great customer service when I need the additional documents/info for settlement. Overall, the quality of work and customer service was exceptional. If in the future, my new home needs some roofing work, I would happily use Ocean Seven Builders again."

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"Foothill Painting was very professional in responding to our original inquiry, we arranged a visit to obtain an estimate, and Joe came out, as scheduled, to size up the job.  Joe was very helpful in answering our questions and providing his opinions/advice as appropriate.  We received a formal estimate shortly thereafter in the mail and via email.  We had Joe come out one more time to ask him a few more questions since, at that point, we had narrowed down the remaining bids and, based on the discussions with various painting contractors, had additional concerns to sort out. The end result of the meeting with Joe was awarding Foothill Painting the job.

We decided on the colors, with some help from Joe, and scheduled the job. The painters (two of them) arrived as scheduled and worked on the project for the next 3-4 days, prepping first, then priming, then painting.  The stucco on our home had never been painted and it is a very rough finish, so much effort was required to insure that all surfaces were fully painted.  Joe would come by every morning to insure that all necessary supplies were on hand, to provide any directions for the day, and to address any questions, concerns, issues that might come up. The painters would pick up after themselves at the end of every day.

The one area for improvement, from our experience, would be a little more attention to prep work, as it relates to holes and rough surfaces (needing filling and sanding before priming), particular on the wood surfaces.  Joe's help in getting the small issues that surfaced resolved in a timely manner was much appreciated. He was a good listener and did his best to make us happy!

The staff in the office was professional, friendly and efficient throughout our entire experience with Foothill Painting. This was true from our original call, through scheduling visits, providing estimates, sending out invoices, and ending the process with a Thank You card for our business.  Well done!!

"This first heavy rain we had the start of the new year we noticed we had two leaks in our house coming from the roof. We called several companies and a majority of them had already been booked solid. We were able to have a few companies come out and give us quotes. One of the companies we had come out was Seal Tight Roofing and they sent Peter to come out and give us a quote. Peter came out got on the roof and not only did he inspect the areas that were leaking but the entire roof as well. Explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it in detail. Me and my wife sat down and went over all the quotes we received. We were really impressed with Peter and the reviews the company had received that kept coming back to wanting Seal tight to do the work. So we decided to have Seal Tight do the repair and schedule with Peter to have them start on a Thursday. Then on Wednesday he called me while I was at work and explained he needed to move up our appointment to today because of the rain that was anticipated on Friday . I thought that was very proactive on his part and that it said a lot about the company. So I said OK and they started that day. They knocked it out in two days and fixed the 2 areas where we had leaks as well as repairing all the broken tiles and opening up the valleys. His crew was very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done. Peter himself showed up every day going over everything withnhis crew. He would be on site for a few hours and come back thru the day, not just drop off his crew and not see him till end of the day. Which I know companies do. He also explained to me what to do to maintenance the roof which was very helpful. I definitely would recommend Seal Tight Roofing to anyone in need of roof work."

"The gentleman arrived on time and responded quickly to our calls, but he wasn't very thorough in his inspection.  In fact, he was only on the roof for fewer than ten minutes, and he immediately told us that the roof had problems which needed to be corrected.  Ultimately, we didn't discuss the work because I knew we weren't going to use him for the job."

Western Pacific Roofing came to the rescue just before this last big rain. They were not prepared to repair my roof upon first observation, however, they were able to secure the exposed area so as not to allow further damage from the impending rain storms. Nicole was always there to answer the questions she could or find and answer for me for those she couldn't at any time, and always with a wonderful attitude. The installation team was extremely polite and neat, and when they found that my roof needed repairs, they found someone to fix it immediately at a reasonable price, and SunEnegry was able to incorporate the repairs into my monthly payments so I had no out of pocket expenses. However, the most surprising thing, was that when there was a misunderstanding on the financing. SunEnergy had every right to be assertive in their position and protect their profits, instead, they immediately decided to lose some of their earnings, and made sure that their customer was more than satisfied.
