"I called Moule Paint and Glass and their two window workers showed up on time on the day scheduled to my convenience. They checked the slider and replaced rollers - very efficient and polite. I showed them two other windows that would not open at all: they fixed one just by working with it, and returned about a week later with a part that had to be ordered for the other one. All three work perfectly. They combined the two visits as one for billing purposes. I could not be more pleased. <br /> Have also had the screen replaced on a sliding screen door - fast job and reasonable. So too when buying paint for the patio area: the people who waited on me were helpful, informative and friendly. <br /> I recommend Moule P and G to my friends and will work with them again. <br />"

"Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Guy came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Builderzz. Guy was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he never missed a detail! Although Builderzz was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Guy and Builderzz Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Guy's dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Guy automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Guy was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Guy was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project. With any project there can always be hiccups. Guy and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Guy always tries to make all things right. "I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"The company arrived between 9am-10am as they stated. Two guys were there and did the job in about 1 hour. Great quality work. Can't even tell the holes were there. Now I did have a problem with the company charging soo much for such a small job. Robert (the guy that did the estimate) couldn't really tell me how much the price would be but did mention the comapny charges by half day or full day. I had the pieces of drywall for each hole so all they did was tape off the lines, plaster, and texture which they did a great job of in just about an hour. I believe this job shouldn't have been more than $200 and I eneded up paying $338. If they had painted it as well then I would have agreed with the price but that wasn't the case. Well I bit the bullet on the price and had it done anyways. I needed it done before Thanksgiving and I got fed up having to deal with other companies charging me a minimum of for a small job. Again the quality of work and in the speed they did it in was awesome. <br />"

"The repairs we needed were not what the company specialized in, but he did recommend companies he knew of that did the work we needed. Again, I emphasize that he did discover we had multiple gas leaks at our house, and spent extra time looking finding the points where gas was coming from, and did not charge us for pointing these things out to us. We appreciated the fact that even though he could not provide us the services we needed, he spent extra time at our home because he was concerned about the health of our 1yr old son. <br />"

"Robert Cecil, owner, was always prompt and courteous. He phoned back within hours of any phone call. <br /> His company did a great job repairing all the torn out walls and doors due to mold remediation done by another company. <br /> The workers forgot two items (replacing the cold air intake screen & putting carpet back in place) at the end of the job and Robert sent someone out immediately to take care of it.  <br /> Robert coordinated with the mold remediation company so we didn't have to worry about any of the scheduling details. <br /> The quality of work is excellent and the hallway and water heater area look as good as new. <br /> The original estimate was given before the mold remediation took place and Robert warned me the price might go up due to problems that couldn't be seen until the walls were down. However, I didn't anticipate that the price would double from the original estimate. Other than that surprise, great job. <br /> <br />"
