(In fact, he was usually a little early.) His team was efficient and cleaned the area at the end of each day. He also provided photos of the work while it was in progress. In our first meeting, Pete took the time to explain every part of the roofing process with my wife and I, from technical stuff down to which shingles would best suit our needs. He was transparent, friendly and patient.
