"The Porters did an amazing job from start to finish. They were in constant communication with my husband and I from start to finish. Boy, we had a lot of questions. Mr Porter had to run new and replace the water pipes during his renovation, install two toilets, install vanity and sink, install light fixtures, install mirrors, install new shower, install new tub, install new tiles all the way to the ceiling, and even replace a crack wall by lifting the foundation. The ceramic tiles look amazing. I am extremely happy with the upgrades and the care he provided during his renovation. He takes pride in his work. Mrs Porter as well provided assistance with her knowledge of products and recommendations. I definitely will hire them again. Thank you guys for providing us with two amazing bathrooms. "Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

and bought the parts about $22 then installed them and got the garage
door to lift again. It is a bit unsightly but it was our only option and
it was cheaper than installing a whole new panel. Arrived at 8:30, bought the parts and finished the work 11:30

I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"
