"Working with Just Dry Basements was best described as no-nonsense, fast, and high-quality. In a highly-charged emotional situation like a basement flooding - it is easy to just pick someone to do the work out of desperation. I was lucky enough to work with JDB, who not only rapidly assessed, made a plan together on how we would approach the job, and accommodated a difficult situation where the basement was mostly finished, and they had to carefully deconstruct some of the walls to put in the proper mitigation. A year plus later and a LOT of rain past, the work truly stands the test of time and whatever the elements can throw at it. "This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"
