"Very professional. George (son) explained everything he was doing during the job which the original installer didn't bother to do. Explained in detail how I should have been cleaning the pellet stove. Pointed out the disparities in the original installation that I want addressed and did not hesitate one second in securing an appoint with him to have this work done. You can tell George takes real pride in his work. Highly recommend."

"Ikey T was the supervisory technician who was sent out for my initial appointment to evaluate and clean my dryer vent. My home is 40 years old. He found lint all over the floor behind and underneath the dryer, which was a fire hazard. The pipe that attaches the dryer vent to the wall was broken. He replaced the broken pipe and cleaned the vents. He was professional, expert, and a pleasure to deal with. One of the best 'new customer' experiences I've ever had. Thank you!"
