"Its been some time since I hired this company for service. I just kept forgetting to write a review. They was prompt to contact me to schedule my cleaning. They arrived at the agreed time and was very nice. It was the owner and his son that did my cleaning. I had a couple other companies shampoo in the past, trying to get some pet stains and odor up. The other companies did a good job, but their disinfectants didn't do much for the stains and odor. Immaculate Carpet Cleaning got my pet stains out and killed most of the odor problem that I had. I was really impressed with that. They cleaned up the water that got on my wood floors. Great company!!!!

"I'm not sure if we got lost in the cracks, but it has ruined my faith in a company's abilities when they can't even keep an estimate appointment. Or at the very least, give a phone call to let us know that they need to reschedule. We tried calling them several times and no one answered the phone. I had to call several times just to actually reach a human being to make the appointment in the first place.

Update: I'm upgrading the scores to a C because Dennis contacted us the next morning and came by that evening at 5 to do the estimate. We still haven't had any work performed yet but at least he followed up professionally and in a timely manner.

Update again: I'm upgrading the scores one more time to a B because Dennis has returned again with a plumber to check out the possible leak that we have. He and the plumber were both on time and they were both very professional. It seems that his initial no show was just one of those things that sometimes happens in life. We are going to have them perform a grout resealing and touchup in our shower in hopes that it will stop the slow leak that is currently plaguing us there."
