"John Scott Roofing did a fantastic job with my home. My roof looks amazing! His company came in with the lowest estimate, and John was patient in explaining the process, shingle options, along with providing samples and explaining the warranty. These guys do good work, and don't take you to the cleaners along the way. While repairing my roof, 7 sheets of plywood and 122' of 2x4 were needed to replace the damaged areas of my roof. There was no extra charge for the time and material, he replaced this at at his cost, honoring the initial quote he gave me. What a gentleman and a scholar. The workers were courteous and all very hard workers. They arrived on time, cleaning up thoroughly before they left. They were able to knock my roof out in one day and didn't want a penny until it passed final inspection. They even provide a free wind mitigation report for the insurance company. Top notch company. "From the sales rep Duane to the last day of the project, things went GREAT. the CREWS WERE TIMELY, POLITE, CLEAN AND MORE IMPORTANTLY REAL CRAFTSMEN. At the beginning, the sales rep walked the entire property. This was unlike the other companies we called out who looked just at the front. The old tile was removed, nothing on the property was damaged , the old wood was replaced ( even was given a discount on some wood decking ) We even added a modification to the project after it began and that was dealt with .The tile manufacturer even came out to the project to help us pick out the right color tile for our roof. The roof looks GREAT. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY UNTIL after the project, loved that. With all of the bad construction companies out there, this provided us security to know we didn't have to pay until after the project was complete.This company was a pleasure to deal with, they said they were going to do something and they did. "We replaced a 15-year old roof in May 2019. Jeff, our consultant, came to the house, estimated the cost for complete removal and replacement and answered all of our questions. He even suggested a solution to rain leaking through our lanai roof which has worked great, so far. He made himself available whenever we had a question. The front office was excellent in keeping us informed concerning timing of the job and leading us through the process. It took one long day to strip and replace the roof. The crew was good. Cleanup after the job was good. The roof looks tremendous. We also had some eave and soffit wood damage that was repaired in the process. This was a big plus. "Easy Roofing was very responsive to my initial inquiry and came to visit the house on the very same day that the problem was detected. Upon arriving at the house, they went and investigated the problem and provided me with photo evidence of the issue and were thorough investigating not only the roof, but any potential consequences of the leak in the attic as well. Furthermore, after fixing the initial issue that I called them for, they spotted an issue in the making with the â stink stacksâ in which squirrels had apparently been chewing on the lead boots. They fixed the boots and installed squirrel cages over the top of the stacks to prevent the issue from occurring again in the future. They were very courteous and professional. Since completing the repair, they have followed up to ask if we've had any further leaks or issues with the repair.
