It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! "Easy Roofing was very responsive to my initial inquiry and came to visit the house on the very same day that the problem was detected. Upon arriving at the house, they went and investigated the problem and provided me with photo evidence of the issue and were thorough investigating not only the roof, but any potential consequences of the leak in the attic as well. Furthermore, after fixing the initial issue that I called them for, they spotted an issue in the making with the â stink stacksâ in which squirrels had apparently been chewing on the lead boots. They fixed the boots and installed squirrel cages over the top of the stacks to prevent the issue from occurring again in the future. They were very courteous and professional.
