"Greg was great! He took a look at the issue and was able to repair a vintage lock mechanism on an old large door of our property. Previously a locksmith we hired came out and claimed that the lock was broken, missing pieces, and had bent parts. I should find a finish carpenter and replace the mechanism - hence I ended up calling Greg. Greg was able to take a look. He was able to reassemble the lock, clean the mechanism, and bring it back to working condition. Greg was very professional and thorough in his work. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

They removed all the carpeting from each room and the old moldings, in preparation of painting the rooms and installing pre-finished oak flooring and new moldings in each room. They spackled and sanded the walls and ceilings and primed each room prior to painting. The walls and ceilings looked fantastic after they finished painting. They then installed the oak flooring and moldings and door and closet trims. To say the rooms when completed were fantastic is an understatement.
